CA Hardik Ghiyal has been a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2019 and is a practicing Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in the core areas of accountancy, taxation, audit, and compliance advisory.
He possesses strong professional exposure in the fields of Income Tax, GST, Statutory & Tax Audit, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Company Law matters, Due Diligence, and Regulatory Compliances. He has been actively involved in handling assignments for manufacturing, trading, service sector entities, startups, professionals, and NGOs.
He has a sound understanding of Indian laws, taxation framework, and statutory compliances, coupled with practical experience in handling complex client requirements, multi-state compliances, and technology-driven accounting solutions.
In addition to domestic practice, he is also engaged in foreign accounting and offshore support services, providing accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance support to overseas CPA firms and international clients, particularly in US, UK, Canada, and Australia accounting environments.

He has extensive hands-on experience in Income Tax, GST compliances, Statutory and Tax Audits, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Company Law matters, and financial advisory services, serving clients across diverse industries including manufacturing, trading, service sectors, and professional entities.
He is also actively involved in foreign accounting and offshore support services, providing accounting and bookkeeping assistance to overseas CPA firms and international clients, particularly in US, UK, Canada, and Australia accounting frameworks, with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
He possesses a sound understanding of Indian taxation laws and regulatory requirements, along with practical exposure to handling complex assignments, multi-location compliances, and process-driven accounting systems.
